Job Summary

A company is looking for an RCS Associate for a full-time day position.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver customer-facing services within Revenue Cycle System Services
• Perform scheduling, registration, insurance verification, and prior-authorization
• Provide financial counseling, cashiering, and customer service

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in customer service or healthcare environment preferred
• Knowledge of revenue cycle processes is a plus
• Ability to work full-time from 8 AM to 5 PM
• Willingness to adhere to departmental productivity and quality standards
