Job Summary
A company is looking for an RCS Associate for a full-time day position.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver customer-facing services within Revenue Cycle System Services
- Perform scheduling, registration, insurance verification, and prior-authorization
- Provide financial counseling, cashiering, and customer service
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or healthcare environment preferred
- Knowledge of revenue cycle processes is a plus
- Ability to work full-time from 8 AM to 5 PM
- Willingness to adhere to departmental productivity and quality standards
