A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Specialist responsible for managing insurance billing and collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Process, review, and file insurance claims, including Medicaid/Medicare
• Assist patients with billing inquiries and collect patient balances
• Follow up with insurance companies to ensure timely claim payments

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of insurance accounts receivable and post-claim follow-up experience
• Preferred experience in physician claim billing
• Knowledge of medical terminology and the insurance industry
• Proficient in using computer programs and applications
