Revenue Cycle Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage patient account staff and oversee accounts receivable processes
• Analyze underpayment risks and ensure compliance with contracts and regulations
• Prepare and submit escalation packages and respond to claim denials

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred in Healthcare Administration or Business
• 2-4 years of experience in Healthcare Administration or Business Office
• Advanced knowledge of healthcare accounts receivable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
• HFMA-Patient Accounts or Hospital Accounting Certification encouraged
