Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately submit claims, respond to denials, and manage insurance follow-up and collections
• Edit claims and contact insurance carriers for authorizations and referrals
• Research and resolve issues related to payments, charges, and insurance denials

Required Qualifications

• High School Degree
• Two years of experience in hospital or physician insurance activities (Authorization, Billing, Follow-Up, Call-Center, or Collections)
• Basic understanding of health insurance plans, policies, and procedures
• Ability to maintain work queues and respond to correspondence in a professional manner
• Participation in meetings and training to develop job knowledge
