Revenue Cycle Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Specialist with health insurance claims experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage an assigned book of Medicaid payers and ensure timely reimbursement for healthcare services
• Conduct follow-up on outstanding claims and resolve denied or underpaid claims in accordance with payer policies
• Document all claim activity accurately and monitor compliance with payer-specific guidelines

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in medical billing or revenue cycle management, particularly with insurance follow-up
• Strong understanding of claim lifecycles, payer policies, and denial management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite required
• Experience with Medicaid and Managed Care Organization is a plus
