Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Specialist 1, responsible for managing claims and account resolutions in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Timely follow-up on claims and resolution of accounts while maintaining accurate documentation
• Contact insurance companies for necessary information and assist with billing adjustments and appeals
• Analyze and correct invoices or accounts while meeting productivity and quality goals

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• One (1) year of experience in hospital or physician insurance-related activities
• Knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare billing regulations
• Preferred: Knowledge of Revenue and ICD coding language
• Preferred: Two (2) years of experience in relevant insurance-related activities
