Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Specialist III.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage charge capture, billing submission, and collection of account balances
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies to ensure patient satisfaction
• Follow up with insurance companies on claims to ensure appropriate payment and resolve denials

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; Associate's Degree preferred
• 1-3 years of healthcare revenue cycle experience, preferably in behavioral health
• Knowledge of insurance industry practices, including coding and claims management
• Experience in customer service within a healthcare setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
