Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Specialist, responsible for managing accounts receivable collections and billing in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update patient billing episodes and resolve prior authorization issues with insurance carriers
• Manage clinic emails and ensure timely responses while documenting account activity
• Evaluate billing cycles, review claims issues, and monitor daily claims rejection lists

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college or technical coursework preferred
• 2+ years of healthcare billing/accounts receivable experience preferred
• Experience with healthcare payor claims follow-up
• Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office
• Ability to handle sensitive data while maintaining confidentiality
