A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Representative responsible for managing insurance claims and accounts receivable.

• Research and resolve issues related to payments, charges, and insurance denials
• Maintain work queues and document collection activities thoroughly

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Degree
• Two years of experience in hospital or physician insurance-related activities
• Understanding of health insurance plans, policies, and procedures
• Ability to read and interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOBs)
• Participation in training seminars to enhance job knowledge
