Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Specialist to facilitate timely collection of invoices.

Key Responsibilities

• Builds positive relationships with assigned facilities to ensure timely payment of invoices
• Contacts responsible parties and case workers to expedite payments and adjustments
• Documents interactions in Salesforce and recommends write-offs for uncollectable accounts

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, customer service, or account management
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience working in Salesforce or other CRM systems
• Ability to work in a team environment
