Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the cash side of the revenue cycle by ensuring clean claims flow and addressing holds, edits, and rejections
• Resolve outstanding accounts receivable (AR) issues across aging buckets to maximize cash flow
• Collaborate with providers to address denials and prevent recurring issues

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on accounts receivable resolution experience
• Prior authorization experience in a previous role
• Fluency in benefit routing, including medical vs. pharmacy benefits
• Experience with modern E&M and telehealth billing practices
• Ability to quickly adapt to new technology and platforms
