Revenue Cycle Specialist

Job Summary

Responsible for the timely and accurate submission of invoices, the remote Revenue Cycle Specialist will evaluate payments, follow up on claims, and assist with billing training while ensuring compliance with policies and guidelines.

Key responsibilities:

• Submit accurate invoices to payers for products and services, ensuring proper authorization and documentation
• Evaluate and apply payments received to patient accounts, notifying management of any discrepancies
• Follow up on submitted invoices to ensure timely payment and address any denials within 48 hours

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 0 - 6 months of previous Infusion Reimbursement or Intake/Admissions experience
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
