Revenue Cycle Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated Revenue Cycle Specialist (Contractor) to work remotely, this role will manage documentation reviews for medical necessity, handle client communications, and oversee billing processes while reporting to the Director of Revenue Cycle Management.

Key responsibilities

• Review patient documentation for accuracy and qualification, and manage the submission process
• Handle client inquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely and professional communication
• Bill claims and invoices accurately, monitor patient billing modules, and support performance improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Business or Finance preferred; high school or GED equivalent required
• 3+ years of DME accounts receivable billing experience required, with Medicare experience desired
• Knowledge of Brightree and Salesforce software strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Google products required
• Self-starter with the ability to multi-task and work independently
