Revenue Cycle Specialist

Job Summary

Joining the Yield Management team, the full-time Revenue Cycle Specialist will be responsible for reconciling and posting payments, managing inventory and system alignment, and collaborating with cross-functional teams while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Post payments to collection accounts and reconcile with bank transactions, ensuring timely posting and adjustments
• Perform cash application functions to meet corporate and client requirements, exceeding key performance criteria
• Research discrepancies in payments and accurately apply them to the correct claims, maintaining compliance with recovery laws

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business, or three years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of healthcare claims is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and system databases
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Working knowledge of industry-based standards and compliance requirements
