Revenue Cycle Specialist

Job Summary

To support the Yield Management team, the full-time Revenue Cycle Specialist will manage payment postings and reconciliations, ensure timely cash application, and maintain compliance with financial processes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Post payments to collection accounts and reconcile monthly bank statements with cash posting databases
• Perform cash application functions to meet corporate and client requirements, ensuring adherence to key performance criteria
• Research and resolve discrepancies in payments, applying them accurately to the correct claims

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business, or three years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of healthcare claims is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and system databases
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Working knowledge of industry-based standards related to cash processes
