Revenue Cycle Specialist

Job Summary

To support the revenue cycle operations, the full-time Revenue Cycle Specialist will manage the accurate submission of insurance claims, follow up on denials, and ensure timely payment posting while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely submission of claims and response to denials, including re-bills and follow-ups
• Research and resolve issues related to payment posting, insurance denials, and account discrepancies
• Maintain work queues and document collection activities while adhering to billing compliance guidelines

Required qualifications

• High School Degree
• Two years of experience in hospital or physician insurance-related activities (Authorization, Billing, Follow-Up, Call-Center, or Collections)
• Basic understanding of health insurance plans, policies, and procedures
