Job Summary

Collaborating with clinical teams, the full-time remote Revenue Cycle Representative will administer full cycle billing for skilled nursing, home health, or hospice services while ensuring compliance with payer guidelines and accurate documentation.

Key responsibilities:

• Completes insurance verifications and monitors documentation and authorization renewals
• Reviews and updates claims to support accurate and compliant submissions
• Collaborates with clinical staff to resolve complex billing issues and processes collections for unpaid balances

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare billing, pre-services, accounting, or financial analysis
• Associate or bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, finance, business administration, accounting, or a related field preferred
• 2+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience is preferred
