Job Summary

To ensure timely and compliant processing of claims, the fully remote Revenue Cycle Specialist will manage client performance, provide proactive feedback, and communicate with payers to maximize reimbursement and resolve issues.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor client performance and identify potential revenue loss, suggesting solutions to enhance outcomes
• Communicate proactively with payers and operational staff to address claim deficiencies and improve processes
• Prioritize and process claims-related correspondence, ensuring compliance with standards and specifications

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• 1-2 years of experience in processing health insurance claims, denials, or medical billing
• Demonstrated understanding of HIPAA regulations and various payment methods
• Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team setting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
