Revenue Cycle Specialist

Job Summary

To support the efficient management of insurance claims, the full-time Revenue Cycle Specialist will be responsible for the accurate submission and follow-up of claims, addressing denials, and maintaining accounts receivable while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the submission of claims and respond to denials, ensuring compliance with billing guidelines
• Analyze and correct patient invoices, maintaining work queues and resolving issues related to payments and insurance denials
• Reconcile accounts and document collection activities, providing suggestions for resolution to management

Required qualifications

• High School Degree
• Two years of experience in hospital or physician insurance-related activities, such as billing or collections
• Basic understanding of health insurance plans, policies, and procedures
