Revenue Cycle Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the organization's revenue cycle operations, the full-time Revenue Cycle Specialist will manage billing, collections, and payment reconciliation processes while collaborating with Clinical Operations, Finance, and Accounting in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage sponsor invoices, monitor accounts receivable, and follow up on outstanding balances to ensure timely collections
• Perform quality control reviews of clinical research budgets and validate billing triggers and revenue expectations in partnership with Clinical Operations
• Evaluate and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of revenue cycle workflows

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management, healthcare finance, or related fields
• Experience managing billing, collections, and accounts receivable processes
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including proficiency with complex formulas and data analysis
• Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvement opportunities
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
