Revenue Cycle Specialist

Job Summary

To support the billing team, the full-time Revenue Cycle Specialist will ensure accurate claims submission, resolve edits and rejections efficiently, and enhance revenue cycle processes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Employ continuous improvement efforts to enhance key performance metrics within the revenue cycle
• Conduct audits of revenue cycle processes and analyze patient accounts to identify root causes of denials and develop corrective action plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in meetings to identify workflow improvements and policy updates

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent
• 3 years of healthcare experience in a clinical or office setting
• 1 year of healthcare revenue cycle experience
• Claim, Denial, and/or process auditing experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
