Job Summary

To ensure timely and compliant processing of claims, the full-time Revenue Cycle Specialist will manage client performance, communicate with payers, and prioritize claims follow-up while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor client performance to maximize reimbursement and identify potential revenue loss
• Communicate proactively with payers and operational staff to resolve claim deficiencies
• Process claims, rejections, and denials while adhering to compliance standards and client specifications

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• 1-2 years of experience in processing health insurance claims or medical billing
• Demonstrated understanding of HIPAA regulations and various payment methods
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and multi-task effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
