Revenue Cycle Specialist

Job Summary

Joining the Yield Management team, the full-time Revenue Cycle Specialist will be responsible for payment reconciliation, cash application, and ensuring compliance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Post payments to collection accounts and reconcile with bank transactions, ensuring timely and accurate financial history
• Perform cash application functions according to corporate and client requirements, meeting key performance criteria
• Research and resolve discrepancies related to payments and claims, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business or three years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of healthcare claims is strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and system databases
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
• Working knowledge of industry standards related to cash processes
