Revenue Cycle Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Revenue Cycle Specialist for Orthopedic Care, this full-time remote position will manage multi-state telehealth and in-person claim submissions, payment posting, and denial management to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement.

Key responsibilities

• Track and appeal payer claim denials to recover lost revenue and identify trends
• Monitor payer contract performance and audit for underpayments to ensure accurate reimbursement
• Calculate and collect patient financial responsibilities using real-time eligibility tools

Required qualifications

• Degree or certificate in medical billing, health information management, or healthcare administration preferred
• Completion of a medical billing training program preferred; Certified Professional Biller (CPB) is a plus
• Experience with multi-state telehealth and in-person claim submission processes
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate claims processing
• Ability to utilize various digital tools for billing and record-keeping
