Revenue Cycle Specialist

Job Summary

To ensure timely and compliant processing of facility claims, the fully remote Revenue Cycle Specialist will review and manage outstanding accounts receivable, communicate with facility payers, and prepare invoices while maximizing client reimbursement.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze outstanding facility accounts receivable to enhance client performance
• Initiate proactive communication with facility payers to identify and resolve deficiencies
• Prepare and send invoices to facility payers on a regular basis

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• 1-2 years of experience in processing health insurance claims or healthcare accounts receivable
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and facility billing guidelines
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and multi-task effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
