Revenue Cycle Specialist

Job Summary

To support the Yield Management Division, the full-time Revenue Cycle Specialist 2 will manage moderate to complex functions including payment reconciliation, invoice processing, and compliance monitoring, while working collaboratively with team members in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Post payments to recovery accounts and reconcile bank transactions with cash posting databases
• Research and accurately distribute payments, ensuring compliance with recovery laws and regulations
• Prepare financial reports and maintain productivity goals while assisting in onboarding and training new specialists

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of related experience or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or 3+ years of accounting/finance experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and system databases
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Working knowledge of industry-based standards and regulations
