Revenue Cycle Specialist

Job Summary

To support client invoicing and reporting needs, the hybrid Revenue Cycle Specialist will manage client account setup, invoicing processes, and collections while working in the office in Washington, Indiana.

Key responsibilities

• Set up client accounts and prepare weekly and monthly invoices and reports
• Coordinate collections of past due accounts and provide accounts receivable reporting
• Perform quality audits of client data and facilitate pharmacy payments and reporting

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college education preferred
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Accounting skills and knowledge of QuickBooks
• Experience in problem solving and analytical thinking
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a team environment
