Job Summary

A company is looking for a Hospital Billing Revenue Cycle Strategy Manager - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and implements data-driven revenue cycle initiatives aligned with organizational goals
• Performs financial and operational analyses to identify opportunities for revenue and process improvement
• Maintains project plans and ensures stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management required; Master's degree preferred
• Five+ years of operations experience in an Epic revenue cycle environment
• Experience in project management and system implementation in healthcare IT preferred
• Certification in an Epic revenue cycle application or experience as an Epic revenue cycle builder preferred
• Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Office products, including Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint
