Revenue Cycle Supervisor

Job Summary

Supervising daily activities of patient account representatives, the full-time salaried Revenue Cycle Supervisor will oversee insurance payment processing, manage staffing assignments, and handle recruitment and performance evaluations, while working remotely from MO, IL, OK, or WI.

Key responsibilities

• Provides oversight for processing insurance payments, following up on denied claims, and resolving credit balances
• Creates work schedules and coordinates daily staffing assignments and levels
• Manages staffing functions including recruitment, hiring, performance evaluation, and compensation determination

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Two years of relevant experience in a supervisory role
• Experience with hospital payment denial management
• Proficient analytical and computer skills
• Lead or supervisory experience preferred
