Revenue Cycle Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor Patient Account Revenue Cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees daily revenue cycle functions, including claims processing and customer service
• Develops and coordinates training for new employees and resolves billing issues
• Assists with human resource management functions and maintains staff performance standards

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required
• Three (3) years of experience in medical billing/patient accounts is required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong understanding of insurance carrier processes and requirements
• Knowledge of general medical billing, insurance, compliance regulations, and medical terminology
