Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Supervisor to oversee the Accounts Receivable Resolution team.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor outstanding receivables and implement changes to address issues
• Research denial trends and collaborate with insurance carriers to resolve issues
• Provide training and performance assessments for team members to ensure compliance with departmental goals

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a medical billing environment
• CPC certification highly preferred
• Knowledge of AMA coding guidelines and payer regulations
• Proven leadership ability in managing a team in a complex environment
