Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Revenue Cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day operations of the assigned billing group
• Ensures production and quality control standards are met by reviewing management reports
• Maintains performance standards through employee counseling, appraisals, and training

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5 years' experience in medical claims recovery and/or denials management within a healthcare or insurance environment
• 5 years of lead or supervisory experience preferred
