Revenue Cycle Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Supervisor to oversee and mentor the Revenue Cycle Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and delegate work to the Revenue Cycle Team, ensuring quality and compliance
• Monitor and improve team performance and workflow processes to achieve revenue objectives
• On-board and train new team members while conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health information management, Accounting, Math, Business, or related fields
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in medical billing, including hospital billing and collections
• Extensive experience with MEDITECH or other EMR systems
• Complete understanding of healthcare revenue cycle and related compliance regulations
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and ability to perform complex mathematical calculations
