Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise managed care activities including eligibility verification, preauthorization, and patient estimates
• Lead team recruitment, training, and performance management to meet departmental goals
• Serve as the primary communication link with practices/departments to resolve issues and improve processes

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Three years of experience in a clinical setting with patient scheduling and benefit verification
• Healthcare revenue cycle experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products
• Ability to work autonomously and adapt to changing priorities
