Revenue Cycle Supervisor

Job Summary

To support daily accounts receivable operations, the full-time Revenue Cycle Supervisor will oversee billing, collections, and account reconciliation while mentoring staff and ensuring timely follow-up on claims.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and support day-to-day AR & insurance operations, including billing and collections
• Mentor staff to meet performance and quality expectations
• Ensure timely follow-up on unpaid, denied, or underpaid claims

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of five (5) years' experience in accounts receivable/revenue cycle within a healthcare organization
• Healthcare billing (professional or institutional) and collections experience
• Strong Healthcare AR background and knowledge
