Job Summary

To support the Accounts Receivable Resolution team, the full-time salaried Revenue Cycle Supervisor will oversee daily operations, manage staff performance, and ensure compliance while working 100% remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze accounts receivable performance and trends, implementing corrective actions as needed
• Manage denial resolution processes by collaborating with team members and insurance carriers to minimize financial impact
• Supervise and train the AR team, fostering a collaborative work environment and ensuring adherence to departmental standards

Required qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years of management/supervisory experience in a medical billing environment
• Working knowledge of AMA coding guidelines and denial resolution processes
• Proven leadership ability in coordinating workflow for a team of 10+ in a complex environment
• Strong PC skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet and database applications
