Job Summary

To enhance revenue cycle operations, the full-time Revenue Cycle Supervisor will manage a team of Patient Account Representatives, overseeing insurance and patient accounts receivable while collaborating with various departments to improve processes and meet company goals in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the Patient Account Representative Team, ensuring accountability for performance and deadlines
• Oversee multiple revenue cycle processes, including accounts receivables, denials management, and insurance follow-up
• Participate in the design and implementation of process improvements to enhance revenue cycle performance

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent certification is required
• 5+ years of experience in collection and billing processes with major payers
• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience in the medical receivables field is preferred
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
