Job Summary

Overseeing a team of Customer Service Representatives, the full-time remote Revenue Cycle Supervisor will manage staff performance, ensure compliance with receivable policies, and drive the efficient collection of accounts receivable while providing ongoing training and support.

Key responsibilities
  • Supervises and evaluates the performance of Customer Service Representatives handling patient calls
  • Directs policies and procedures related to receivables, credit, and collections while ensuring compliance
  • Provides reporting and analysis on financial trends and recommends improvements to processes
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of three years supervisory experience in Revenue Cycle Management or Accounts Receivable in healthcare settings
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and revenue cycle experience; Master's Degree or MBA preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and financial acumen
  • Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations and medical billing terminology
  • Experience in coding medical records using ICD and CPT coding systems preferred
