Revenue Cycle Supervisor

Job Summary

Leading a team of approximately 10-14 specialists, the full-time Revenue Cycle Supervisor will oversee accounts receivable, denial resolution, and patient balance management, ensuring timely operations while collaborating with various departments in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Patient Financial Services team to ensure timely resolution of insurance and patient accounts
• Supervise, coach, and develop Revenue Cycle Specialists through performance management and career development
• Analyze denial trends and implement workflow improvements to optimize revenue cycle performance

Required qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience, including accounts receivable and insurance follow-up
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing healthcare revenue cycle teams
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, and payer reimbursement processes
• Experience with Athena Practice, Epic, Cerner, Meditech, or similar EMR/RCM platforms preferred
