Revenue Cycle Supervisor

Job Summary

Overseeing a remote team, the full-time Revenue Cycle Supervisor will manage staff performance and ensure compliance with receivable and collection policies while providing training and support in billing and financial processes.

Key responsibilities

• Supervises Customer Service Representatives in the Central Billing Office, monitoring performance and conducting evaluations
• Directs receivable, credit, and collection policies, ensuring compliance and efficient collection of open accounts receivable
• Analyzes financial trends and develops improvements for staff and department processes

Required qualifications

• Minimum of three years supervisory experience in Revenue Cycle Management or Accounts Receivable within healthcare settings
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and revenue cycle experience; Master's Degree or MBA preferred
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations and medical insurance terminology
• Experience with coding medical records using ICD and CPT coding systems preferred
