Revenue Cycle Supervisor

Job Summary

Supervising daily revenue cycle operations, the full-time Revenue Cycle Supervisor will manage staff to maximize collections from patients and insurance carriers while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversees the complete revenue cycle process, including appointment scheduling, insurance verification, charge processing, and collections
• Ensures compliance with standard operating procedures through regular audits and prepares monthly financial analyses of revenue cycle performance
• Develops training materials and conducts training sessions on revenue cycle procedures and regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• Associate degree in Finance, Business, or equivalent experience, or four years of revenue cycle experience
• Minimum of four years of medical revenue cycle work experience with proven success in achieving performance metrics
• Two years of experience in a supervisory role managing work priorities
• Strong knowledge of medical billing, coding (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS), and managed care products
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Athena software
