Revenue Cycle Supervisor

Job Summary

Supervising day-to-day revenue cycle operations, the full-time Revenue Cycle Supervisor will maximize collections from patients and insurance carriers while ensuring compliance with organizational standards in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the Prior Authorization team, ensuring timely and accurate submission and resolution of authorization requests
• Monitor key performance indicators and identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
• Develop and implement training programs for authorization staff, guiding team members toward departmental goals

Required qualifications

• Associate degree in Finance, Business, or equivalent OR four years of revenue cycle experience required
• At least four years of medical revenue cycle work experience with a track record of achieving metrics
• Two years of experience managing and delegating work priorities strongly desired
• Strong knowledge of medical insurance billing, coding (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS), and managed care products
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
