Revenue Cycle Supervisor

Job Summary

Managing the Revenue Cycle Services Team, the full-time remote Revenue Cycle Supervisor will oversee daily activities, mentor team members, and ensure the delivery of high-quality revenue cycle services to enhance client efficiency and revenue objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate the Revenue Cycle Team's performance, delegating tasks and monitoring progress for compliance with policies
• Coordinate daily team activities and onboard new members to ensure consistent performance and engagement
• Monitor key performance indicators and collaborate with management to improve cash flow and reduce denials

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Accounting, Math, Business, or related fields; or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of related experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role
• Extensive experience with MEDITECH or other EMR systems
• Comprehensive understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes and third-party billing requirements
• Experience in mentoring team members and creating action plans based on financial goals
