Job Summary

Overseeing claims management and insurance billing processes, the full-time Revenue Cycle Supervisor will collaborate with department management to ensure quality performance and staff development while working onsite during the first shift.

Key responsibilities

• Manage unit workflow and coordinate departmental operations
• Evaluate revenue cycle performance and implement improvements
• Train staff and promote awareness of departmental processes and goals

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Three to four years of relevant experience in medical billing and collections
