Revenue Cycle System Administrator

Job Summary

Overseeing the development of revenue cycle systems, the full-time remote Revenue Cycle System Administrator will manage Help Desk tickets, maintain functionality within CareTend and Waystar, and ensure effective support for franchise partners across the network.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with maintenance of revenue cycle-related functionality within CareTend and Waystar
• Manage RCM-related Help Desk tickets and oversee payer enrollments for ACH payments and electronic remit feeds
• Develop controls and manage access to payer web portals while specifying user access levels for Waystar

Required qualifications

• Associate degree preferred
• Previous experience in the home infusion industry required
• Experience with CareTend, CPR+, or equivalent systems
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Ability to work remotely and adapt to a rapidly changing environment
