Revenue Cycle Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance revenue cycle operations, the full-time Revenue Cycle Systems Analyst will implement, modify, test, and administer systems related to revenue cycle applications while serving as a liaison among vendors, IT personnel, and end users, with occasional on-call responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain Epic modules and applications related to revenue cycle and billing systems
• Act as the first point of contact for end-user issues related to system performance and facilitate resolutions
• Create ad hoc reports and assist in the development and testing of third-party systems related to billing charge files

Required qualifications

• Epic Certification within 2 months of hire
• Associate's Degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Finance, or Accounting
• Experience in revenue cycle management
• Knowledge of CPT, ICD codes, and HCPCS
• Ability to perform comparative analysis of system design to user requirements
