Revenue Cycle Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Revenue Cycle Management team, the full-time hourly Revenue Cycle Systems Analyst will manage systems updates and configuration projects, leveraging data modeling techniques to enhance operational efficiency and optimize performance in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop RCM applications and solutions by analyzing data workflows and processes
• Participate in projects related to EHR and EMR systems, ensuring effective implementation and support
• Provide application support and resolve technical issues to maintain smooth clinical and financial operations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, health information management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 3 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management and systems configuration within health systems
• Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and tools like Power BI
• Understanding of CPT and ICD-10 coding regulations and familiarity with major payer guidelines
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently while developing effective working relationships
