Revenue Cycle Systems Manager

Job Summary

Supporting and optimizing operational systems, the full-time remote Revenue Cycle Systems Manager will manage the Brightree platform, maintain system configurations, and drive automation initiatives to enhance workflow efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and support the Brightree system and related operational platforms
• Analyze current processes to identify opportunities for system optimization and automation
• Train and support associates on system functionality and workflow processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience working within Brightree strongly preferred
• Experience with healthcare operations, revenue cycle, and billing workflows preferred
• Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
