Revenue Cycle Systems Supervisor

Job Summary

Managing the day-to-day operations of the revenue cycle systems team, the full-time remote Revenue Cycle Systems Supervisor will oversee hiring, training, and coaching of staff while ensuring efficient billing and payment processes in compliance with corporate goals and regulations.

Key responsibilities:

• Coach and mentor team members to enhance overall performance and resolve escalated concerns related to revenue cycle systems
• Oversee the maintenance of payor and client master files, ensuring accurate updates and timely processing of claims
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and support contract implementation and revenue pull-through activities

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Business, or related field; or High School Diploma with 4 years of relevant experience
• 3+ years of experience in the medical revenue cycle function, including third-party payer experience
• 3+ years of experience with Epic Resolute systems in a medical/healthcare billing environment
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing direct reports
• Demonstrated knowledge of medical coding and billing regulations, including ICD-9, ICD-10, and CPT coding
