Revenue Cycle Systems Supervisor

Job Summary

Managing the day-to-day operations of the Exact Sciences Laboratories Systems team, the full-time remote Revenue Cycle Systems Supervisor will oversee staff performance, handle escalated concerns, and ensure efficient billing and payment processes while maintaining accurate data reporting and key performance indicators.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and mentor team members to enhance overall performance and engagement
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of payor and client master files, ensuring timely updates
• Drive operational excellence in order entry and exception handling processes, focusing on continual improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Business, or related field, or a High School Degree with 4 years of relevant experience
• 3+ years of experience in the medical revenue cycle function, including third-party payer experience
• 3+ years of experience in medical/healthcare billing with strong knowledge of Epic Resolute systems
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role with direct reports
• Demonstrated knowledge of medical coding, including ICD-9, ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding
